Grace Hong
Grace Hong has a multi-faceted career spanning music, business, and the non-profit spheres. She is the Co-Founder of PARASOL and Parasol Music, an artist/music producer releasing music under the monikers Nolo Grace and Grace & Moji, and a Senior Advisor at the private equity firm TPG Global. She serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Save the Music, an organization that focuses on increasing access and equity to music education by building programs in public schools across the U.S. She is passionate about mindfulness, personal development, and mental health, which she channels into all her pursuits as well as in her 1:1 work as an executive coach and breathwork facilitator.
Grace has held senior leadership positions in a wide range of industries, including the social sciences, international development, financial services, enterprise software, and publishing. In 2016, she made a pivot in her career to be in greater alignment with a greater sense of purpose, bridging earlier career interests in social impact with her track record in the private sector. Grace has been on a path of personal growth and transformation with an intention to also channel her intentions and energy to make the world a better place for all.

Martin Wave, Co-Founder of PARASOL and Parasol Music, is an award-winning, platinum-selling music producer, composer, artist and vocalist, originally from Sweden and now residing in Los Angeles. He has an expansive career spanning pop, film, TV, gaming and major commercial placements. His music has hundreds of millions of streams, include a global #1 selling album, and collaborations with artists like Post Malone, Vince Staples, Kacey Musgraves, Grimes, Radiohead, Hayley Williams, Nine Inch Nails, Suki Waterhouse, Masego, Steve Aoki, ALOK, Sean Kingston, K-pop giants NCT DREAM and Paloma Faith.
With a career spanning 13 years and a strong sensibility for audiovisual, Martin is known for his ability to maneuver and connect the worlds of music, film, television, brands and games, with work spanning across a number of genres and styles. He has garnered high-profile placements with Apple, Google, Marvel, Star Wars, VW, Porsche, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Amazon, Netflix, HBO and more. His music has been featured in countless trailers for major motion pictures like Killers of the Flower Moon, Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, Fast X, John Wick 3, Ad Astra, Judah and the Black Messiah and more. Martin is also highly active in the world of games, where each year he collaborates closely with Geoff Keighley to make music for The Game Awards, which in 2023 had a live viewership of 118M people. His music can be heard in campaigns for games like Fortnite, Call of Duty, Destiny and World of Warcraft.
Outside of pure music creation, Martin, together with his wife and creative/business partner Grace Hong, founded the conscious creative community PARASOL, which aims to create a safe, supportive environment for creatives. PARASOL also functions part as a label for their own creative endeavors and part as an artist collective, uplifting and generating opportunities for diverse, purpose-driven artists that strive for creative freedom and social change.
